It all began with the epiphany that the people of Mumbai needed the perfect pause from the city and the woes of the pandemic. That laid the first stone for Oleander Farms, where we transformed the legacy farm space into a family dine-in. Today, it is a sophisticated yet homely restaurant, Saltt, just a 2-hour drive away .
