CIPA – Centre for Indo-Portuguese Arts – Centro de Artes Indo-Portuguesas – based in Panjim, Goa, India, promotes some of the arts that grew as a result of the Portuguese connection in India and specifically in Goa.

CIPA is located in a 200-year old Indo-Portuguese heritage house in the heart of Panjim city, overlooking the River Mandovi, in the vicinity of the Adil Shah Palace and the Customs Museum.

The arts specially represented at CIPA include the musical arts (fado and mando), plastic arts (Azulejos), literary arts (books in Portuguese, Konkani and English) and culinary arts (Portuguese and Goan).

CIPA is an umbrella organisation for Azulejos de Goa, Cháfé Braz, de Noronha Associates, Madragoa, Renascença Goa, Third Millennium Foundation, and Third Millennium Publishers, operating from 7/2, DB Avenue, Opp. Captain of Ports Jetty, Panjim, Goa, India.
