Role & Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership:
- Lead and define the creative vision for Living Liquidz, ensuring alignment with the brands values and business objectives.
- Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all creative campaigns, both digital and traditional media.
- Develop and implement long-term creative strategies that foster innovation and position the brand as a leader in the premium liquor space.
- Team Management & Collaboration:
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals (designers, copywriters, digital creatives), fostering collaboration and nurturing talent.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between creative teams and other departments, such as marketing and digital, to drive integrated, cohesive campaigns.
- Provide feedback and support to enhance team skills, elevate their work, and maintain high standards of creativity and execution.
- Social Media & Digital Innovation:
- Oversee and guide the creation of innovative digital content strategies for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Explore and implement new technologies (AR, VR, immersive content) to create unique, interactive experiences that engage our luxury audience.
- Leverage data and trends to adapt strategies, ensuring content resonates and drives engagement across various digital platforms.
- Art Direction & Visual Storytelling:
- Lead the creative direction for visual assets, including photography, video, and digital design, ensuring each piece aligns with the premium nature of the brand.
- Work with external agencies and in-house teams to produce high-quality visual campaigns that tell compelling luxury stories and elevate the Living Liquidz brand.
- Maintain oversight on all design and visual execution, ensuring creativity is at the forefront while balancing commercial objectives.
- Copywriting & Brand Messaging:
- Develop brand voice guidelines, ensuring messaging is consistent, high-impact, and aligned with the luxury nature of the Living Liquidz brand.
- Lead the creation of compelling copy for campaigns, digital content, social media, and offline materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure all written communication is strategically crafted and enhances the overall brand narrative.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in creative direction, brand strategy, or art direction, ideally within the luxury or lifestyle sector.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, with the ability to inspire and lead designers, copywriters, and digital creatives.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and understanding of emerging trends across social media platforms, with a focus on engagement and innovation.
- Strong background in visual storytelling, art direction, and creative processes with a keen understanding of balancing creativity with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
